Zakat Mustaghallat Analisis Terhadap Isu Syariah dan Potensi Kutipannya DOWNLOAD Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pandangan syarak dan potensi kutipan zakat al-Mustaghallat terhadap industri-industri yang berkaitan dengannya. Zakat al-Mustaghallat adalah cabang al-mal al-Mustafad bersama-sama dengan zakat gaji dan pendapatan profesional yang lain. Walaupun zakat gaji dan pendapatan profesional sudah kemas dari sudut pengurusan dan pelaksanaannya serta sudah diterima baik oleh orang ramai, namun zakat al-Mustaghallat masih mempunyai banyak permasalahan yang perlu kajian, bahkan sebahagian besar institusi pungutan zakat masih tidak mengamalkan sepenuhnya. Hal ini kerana wujud pertindanan dengan zakat lain seperti zakat perniagaan dan pertanian seperti zakat hasil sawit. Penyelidikan ini akan mengenal pasti kategori perniagaan yang berada di bawah zakat al-Mustaghallat, seperti yang disepakati oleh para sarjana, contohnya seperti industri pengangkutan, perhotelan dan pembuatan. Selain daripada itu, kajian juga akan berusaha untuk memperoleh data yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) bagi mengenal pasti anggaran jumlah zakat yang berpotensi untuk dikeluarkan dalam tahun-tahun kewangan tertentu. Penyelidikan ini akan merangkumi sebahagian besar syarikat Muslim di Wilayah Persekutuan. Penyelidikan akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif di mana data dari kualitatif akan dikumpulkan dari pandangan fuqaha (fuqaha klasik dan kontemporari), manakala data kuantitatif pula akan dikumpulkan daripada laporan tahunan syarikat perniagaan al-Mustaghallat. Data ini akan disimulasikan untuk menganggarkan potensi sumbangan Zakat al-Mustaghallat dapat dikumpulkan. Kepentingan kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti sumber baru zakat al-Mal al-Mustafad serta meramalkan jumlah kutipan baru bagi institusi zakat di Malaysia secara amnya dan memperkayakan rujukan penyelidikan syariah. The 9th AZKA Corner was established at the Kolej Islam Antarabangsa Sultan Ismail Petra (KIAS) in Kelantan. Established in August 2022. The objective of this collaboration is an effort to create awareness of zakat to public and students. The zakat books provided in this reading corner are expected to be used by students and lecturer of KIAS. This reading corner was inaugurated on May 8, 2024. Islamic Social Finance through instruments such as zakat, waqf, and charity are relevant in addressing the poverty gap and helping the country’s socioeconomics. Along with the development of digital transactions, the technology applications support the transactions carried out by individuals and organizations more quickly, transparently and efficiently, not least in zakat management. The Grand Opening Ceremony of the departments was held on this day from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm at Faculty of Economy & Muamalat (FEM). The objective of the Muzakarah examine the issues of zakat and poverty in Malaysia and to understand the method of determining the poverty index in Malaysia. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda are the core of 2030 which connects 17 global goals to use as an action plan to achieve sustainable development of a country. It is a program based on human rights covering three dimensions: social, environmental, and economical. Poverty eradication is the main activity of zakat management in helping asnafs out of the cocoon of poverty in line with the country’s economic development. The SDG approach seen can strengthen the management of zakat. With the help of zakat, the issue of education can also give new life to students, especially for those who cannot afford it. Among the components of the SDGs that are often associated with zakat are No Poverty, Quality Education, and Reduced Inequalities. However, to what extent can the SDG’s goal link to zakat, and how can the impacts help management zakat move forward. Hari ini telah diadakan Siri Khas Perkongsian Ilmu bersama Akademi Zakat – PPZ MAIWP : Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pembayaran Zakat dari Institusi Korporat yang disampaikan oleh Prof. Dr. Roshayani Binti Dato’ Arshad (Chief Executive INTEC Education College). Program 1 jam ini telah mengupas pelbagai isu berkaitan zakat untuk pengetahuan semua . Program ini adalah bertujuan untuk berkongsi hasil penemuan penyelidikan zakat terkini kepada seluruh masyarakat Islam dimana kajian ini telah bermula pada 2019 dan sehingga kini, terdapat 9 siri yang berjaya diterbitkan. Kajian ini bertajuk ‘Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pembayaran Zakat Dari Institusi Korporat’ dimana kajian ini turut dijayakan bersama 3 ahli kumpulan yang lainnya iaitu Prof Madya Dr. Ruhaini Muda, Prof Madya Dr. Rina Fadhilah Ismail dan Zuraidah Mohd Zam.
