Read MoreKajian yang bertajuk “Faktor-faktor peningkatan kutipan dan pembayar zakat ketika pandemik Covid-19” adalah bertujuan untuk membuat satu analisis peningkatan prestasi bilangan pembayar dan jumlah kutipan zakat dalam tempoh Pandemik Covid-19 dan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP). Faktor-faktor tersebut ialah pematuhan membayar zakat, keyakinan, pengetahuan mengenai zakat, motivasi membayar zakat, kaedah membayar zakat, peraturan zakat dan ahli lembaga pengurusan serta perkaitan faktor tersebut dengan niat membayar zakat. Kerangka kajian adalah berdasarkan kepada Theory of Planned Behavior.

Objektif pembangunan projek ini adalah seperti berikut:
1. Merumuskan fungsi platform blockchain dengan sistem pungutan zakat yang dilaksanakan.
2. Merancang dan mengembangkan blockchain pungutan zakat melalui platform kontrak pintar (smart contract) berasaskan Distrubuted Hyperledger Technology.
3. Meningkatkan kemampuan perisian(demo blockchain pungutan zakat) dari segi ketelusan, kebolehkesanan dan laporan terkini (real time) yang berkaitan dengan transaksi pungutan dan seterusnya meningkatkan keyakinan orang ramai dalam pembayaran zakat.
