On May 31st, 2023, Akademi Zakat (AZKA-PPZ) received a visit from the students of Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyah of Laws (AIKOL), IIUM Gombak.

This meeting is aimed at interviewing PPZ-MAIWP for a study related to Zakat Management Institutions in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

The scope of the study includes questions related to the history & basic goals of the institution of zakat in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, the latest zakat collection and distribution data, information related to zakat distribution and collection as well as related contemporary issues.

We hope the discussions’ outcome will have a good impact in the near future.

AZKA-PPZ is represented by Mr. Muhsin Nor Paizin, Manager of AZKA-PPZ, and Ms. Nurul Shuhada Mamat, Research Executive of PPZ-MAIWP.
