On May 25, 2022, AZKA visited Accounting Research Institute, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), to discuss future collaboration between the two parties.

PPZ-MAIWP represented by Hj. Khairulazhar Samsudin, Assitant General Manager, Research & Development (R&D) and Akademi Zakat (AZKA) team.

The objectives of this session are:

• Strategic collaboration to produce high-impact zakat studies and research between industry and academic
• To share ideas and knowledge sharing on issues related to zakat
• To identify best practices in production such as books, journals, and any other instruments that contribute to showcase AZKA Conner for both parties and society
• To perform research that can be carried out by PPZ and at the same time benefit to community
